AceShowbiz - Olivia Wilde has been booked to direct new thriller "Don't Worry, Darling".

The actress-turned-filmmaker made her directorial debut with teen coming-of-age comedy "Booksmart" earlier this year and now she has snagged a new feature.

According to Variety, she'll be directing and producing the film with her partner Katie Silberman and "It" producer Roy Lee of Vertigo Entertainment.

Described as "a psychological thriller for the Times Up era", "Don't Worry, Darling" will centre on an unhappy 1950s housewife. Silberman has rewritten the script, which is based on an original screenplay by sibling writers Shane Van Dyke and Carey Van Dyke.

Olivia has also been attached to direct and produce an untitled holiday comedy movie for Universal Pictures. In addition to her directing duties, Wilde is also currently filming Clint Eastwood's new drama "The Ballad of Richard Jewell", which stars Jon Hamm, Sam Rockwell and Kathy Bates.
