AceShowbiz - Electronic dance music duo The Chainsmokers have dethroned Calvin Harris as the world's highest paid DJ act.
The Scottish musician has spent six years at the top of Forbes' Highest-Paid DJs/Electronic Cash Kings list, but now it's time for hitmakers Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall to claim the number one spot for 2019.
According to Forbes, The Chainsmokers earned $46 million (£37 million) in pretax income from June 2018 to June 2019, with Marshmello coming in second on the list with $40 million (£32 million). Calvin drops to three on this year's countdown with a far-from-shabby $38.5 million (£31 million) haul.
Steve Aoki and Diplo round out the top five.
