AceShowbiz - Nipsey Hussle's young son will inherit $1 million (£806,000) from his rapper father's $8 million (£6.5 million) estate, according to new court documents.
The "Higher" hitmaker was shot dead in Los Angeles in March and now his long-time partner Lauren London has filed new court papers to protect their toddler son's inheritance.
According to The Blast, she has asked the courts to establish guardianship for the pair's two year old, Kross Asghedom, stating legal protection is necessary due to the fact the youngster is "anticipated to inherit approximately One Million Dollars at the close of" Nipsey's estate execution.
The actress explained in the court filings she is the primary caretaker for Kross and will look out for the child's best interests if her guardianship request is granted.
London has requested an allowance to participate in Hussle's estate management and probate, listing his child from another relationship, 10-year-old daughter Emani, as another relative who will benefit from the slain rapper's fortune.
Nipsey, real name Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was laid to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in California in April.
