AceShowbiz - Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre are reportedly ready to become parents after tying the knot just a little over two months ago. The Emmy Award-winning actor's wife sparked a speculation that she's expecting her first child together with the 46-year-old actor following her appearance at the Hollywood premiere of "Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw".
Sabrina stunned in a sparkling silver dress that perfectly hugged her curves while attending the event with her husband at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday, July 14. While she looked radiant in the semi-sheer number, people couldn't help wondering if she's pregnant as she showed what appears to be a tiny baby bump when she turned sideways.
The couple did not address the pregnancy rumors at the special screening. They were joined by Idris' daughter Isan, whom he shares with first wife Hanne "Kim" Norgaard, while posing for photographers on the red carpet.
Idris plays Brixton Lore, a cyber-genetically enhanced villain and a criminal mastermind who is in conflict with Hobbs (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) and Shaw (Jason Statham) in the "Fast and Furious" spin-off. The movie is set to bow in U.S. theaters on August 2.
The British actor married Sabrina in a ceremony at the Ksar Char-Bagh hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco in April. "It was one of the most beautiful three days of our lives," he gushed earlier this month about the three-day celebration. "We spent a while prepping the wedding especially because of our entire family connection." He added, "We both have a big family and network of friends. We brought everyone together and had an amazing time."
The couple began dating in September 2017 when Idris was filming "The Mountain Between Us" in Canada. "Falling in love while making a movie about falling in love is pretty special," he said on "The Jess Cagle Interview" about their relationship at the time. The model, who is of Somali descent and was born in the U.S., won the Miss Vancouver pageant in 2014.
Idris was married twice before, to Hanne Norgaard from 1999 to 2003, and to Sonya Nicole Hamlin for four months in 2006. He has two children, daughter Isan and son Winston, with his first wife.
