Swedish authorities announce that two men, who were involved in the street brawl that put Rocky in detention in Stockholm, are investigated for suspected molestation and assault.

AceShowbiz - ASAP Rocky (also written as A$AP Rocky) might not get the full blame for the street brawl in Sweden. The Swedish Prosecution Authority has confirmed that two men, who were involved in the fight, are currently also under investigation for molestation and assault.

"The preliminary investigation continues regarding the American artist who is detained by the Stockholm District Court in Sweden on suspicion of assault in Stockholm," the Swedish officials said in a press release on Friday, July 12. "There is also a preliminary investigation in the case concerning the aggrieved party who is suspected of molestation and assault."

They also clearly stated that the "aggrieved party" does not refer to Rocky, but the two men whom the rapper and his crew allegedly attacked on the street. The officials did not disclose the actions that led to suspicions of molestation, but a spokesperson told Page Six that it is "not sexual" and does not pertain to "inappropriate touching."

The rep explained, "Molestation ('ofredande' in Swedish) is a crime according to Swedish law. It means roughly: A person who physically attacks someone or exposes someone to disruptive contacts or exposes someone to other ruthless actions." The rep added, "The penalty for molestation is fines or imprisonment for a maximum of one year."

Rocky was caught on camera being involved in a street brawl on Saturday, June 30 in Stockholm. He and his entourage were seen kicking and tossing one of the men to the ground. The rapper's lawyer has maintained that "Rocky, his bodyguard and two performers from his show acted in self-defense after two men followed, harassed and physically assaulted them in Stockholm."

The 30-year-old rapper turned himself in on Tuesday, July 2 and has been since placed at the Kronoberg detention center. His lawyer recently claimed that he received inhumane conditions at the facility, but the governor of the Swedish prison denied it. The A$AP Mob member will remain at Kronoberg until at least July 19 when the prosecutor "must decide whether to file a prosecution or ask the court for a longer detention period in order to finalize the investigation," according to the Swedish Prosecution Authority.
