AceShowbiz - TV's greatest show is back! Ahead of highly-anticipated season 2 of "The Masked Singer", the singing competition series has revealed its first look video. It offers a brief look at the costumes that the new contestants will be wearing.

In the 30-second clip, fans are given a glimpse of The Egg, The Leopard, Mr. Fox and The Flamingo. Joining them in the new season of the hit FOX show are The Eagle and The Skeleton.

The new video also features returning judges Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke. Nick Cannon also reprises his role as the host.

For the costumes in the sophomore season, "The Masked Singer" costume designer Marina Toybina shares to Entertainment Weekly that the goal is to make the performance outfits have more mobility and the masks be easier to see through. "We want them to be more playful on stage, like a little party," she says. "These are enriched in detail. They're walkable art."

Of The Butterfly's costume, Toybina shares that it was inspired by runway fashion. "We wanted it to be very mythical and magical," Toybina, who is behind Katy Perry's shark-tastic Super Bowl halftime show costume, goes on explaining. "We created this beautiful fabricated pattern with tons of beading."

As for The Skeleton, Toybina says, "I wanted to create something that wasn't scary," adding that the mask is specially built to reduce any echo. "There are visual points all over the masks. We were careful to create different peripheral vision so they can see on stage," she adds.

She then teases, "There's a lot more variety this year. It's visually inspiring."

"The Masked Singer" is adapted from the South Korean format "King of Masked Singer". Premiered on January 2, season 1 saw rapper/singer T-Pain coming out as the grand champion. Season 2 airs on September 25 at 8 P.M. ET on FOX.
