Documents filed at a Los Angeles Country courthouse reveal the trespassing woman stayed in the 'Magic Mike' star's vacant Hollywood home for 10 days before being discovered by his assistant.

AceShowbiz - Channing Tatum has been granted a restraining order against a woman who allegedly broke into his vacant Hollywood home and lived there for 10 days.

According to documents filed at a Los Angeles Country courthouse, the woman was discovered inside the property on 24 June by the actor's assistant, who placed her under citizen's arrest and called the police to take her into custody.

The woman, who has not been identified, denied at the time that she was trespassing, claiming that the "Magic Mike" star invited her to stay. However, Tatum, who is also said to have received a letter from the woman last November, in which she claimed they met 10 years ago and suggested he'd been "watching" her, stated in his declaration he believes the fan is "delusional", according to The Blast.

The restraining order, granted by a judge, also covers Tatum's ex-wife Jenna Dewan and their six-year-old daughter Everly. It's unclear whether or not it includes protection for the actor's singer girlfriend Jessie J, who frequently shows off their relationship in loving Instagram posts.
