AceShowbiz - It looks like it may take a while before fans get to see Scott Disick and Sofia Richie walking down the aisle. Rumor has it, the restaurateur is not ready to take his relationship with his much-younger girlfriend to the next level until Kourtney Kardashian gets married. That way, he allegedly will feel more comfortable with the thought of marrying Sofia.
If Scott were to get married first before his "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" co-star, he reportedly "feels that he would hurt Kourtney and the kids feeling," according to HollywoodLife.com. A source tells the gossip site, "Scott is aware that many would think that it was potentially a weird thing to feel that way since Scott and Kourtney are no longer romantic but that is what is going through Scott's mind. He doesn't want it to look like an excuse even though some might feel that it is absolutely an excuse."
The insider continues, "It's just Scott's frame of mind and will likely determine his future with Sofia in the marriage and children department."
However, a second insider notes that Kourtney won't be ready for marriage any time soon since she's reportedly aware that her fame makes things even more "difficult" to start dating again. Despite that, it doesn't mean the Poosh founder is completely ruling out marriage plan. "She thought it was going to be Scott and that didn't happen so she doesn't have much hope that it will even though she would love to have her own fairytale wedding," the source dishes.
Kourtney and Scott, who have three children together, dated on-and-off for several years before ultimately calling it quits in 2016. The "Flip It Like Disick" star moved on with Sofia after that, while Kourtney has been linked to several men after their split, including Younes Bendjima and Luka Sabbat.
