AceShowbiz - Sarah Hyland is back at home following a four-day hospital stay.
The "Modern Family" star spent the weekend, June 21-23, being treated for symptoms doctors could not account for and on Monday, June 24, the actress took to Instagram to thank fans for their well wishes.
"Long story short, I went in because I was feeling like I was being choked from whatever's in the house," she said on her Instagram Story. "They ran multiple tests, multiple times, and there's nothing physically wrong with me. So. Wonder why I was there."
The actress has been open about her health struggles over the years, speaking out about her battle with kidney dysplasia, which required two transplants. Hyland also struggles with endometriosis and has undergone a total of 16 surgeries.
