In related news, the 'Real Housewives of New York City' star, who was released after being taken into custody on May 23 for violating her probation, is reportedly not happy with her new probation.

AceShowbiz - It seems like LuAnn de Lesseps' legal drama will affect her gig on "The Real Housewives of New York City". The reality TV star recently escaped jail time when a Palm Beach County, Florida, judge let it slide after she violated her probation by drinking alcohol. However, it seems like she can't breathe a sigh of relieve just yet.

According to Radar Online, producers of the Bravo series are "really considering letting her go because she has become a huge liability." A source continues saying, "She thinks that she is invincible, and producers are really starting to think that being on the show is just making her problems worse."

"When it comes to disobeying the law and making a mockery out of the system, Bravo has zero tolerance," the source shares. Additionally, it appears that the Bravo honchos are not the only ones who think so. "Many of her costars feel she needs to be held accountable for her actions," adds the insider.

However, the rumors have been debunked as sources close to the production claim to TMZ that LuAnn's status on the show is far from being in jeopardy. "Luann's position and security on the show are as strong as ever, despite the fact she continues to run into trouble while on probation for her drunken arrest case from 17 months ago," the site states.

In related news, LuAnn, who was released after being taken into custody on May 23 for violating her probation, is said to be not happy with her new probation. Another source spills to Radar Online, "She thinks the anti-drinking medication is borderline offensive."

"She's convinced she is the victim here, and downplays all of it when she speaks to her costars," the source continues. "She jokes about her arrest, and thinks its all a great storyline."

The reality TV star was arrested and charged with battery, trespass in an occupied structure and disorderly intoxication in Palm Beach, Florida back in December. She pleaded guilty to all three charges as part of a plea deal and was put on probation.

Last month, the Florida Department of Corrections accused her of not taking her probation seriously after her probation officer reported that she tested positive for the presence of alcohol as evidenced by a failed remote breath test on a breathalyzer. The cabaret star later admitted to drinking 2 glasses of mimosa after a performance she had in Chicago. In addition, she failed to provide sufficient documentation of completed AA meetings.
