AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus has recently made her fans speculate whether she is taking sides in the drama between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj due to the particular lyrics on her new song "Cattitude". However, the "We Can't Stop" hitmaker has since debunked the rumors in an interview and disclosed the real meaning behind the eyebrow-raising lyrics.

Insisting that she doesn't "think there is beef now anymore" between the two female emcees, Miley explained her lyrics during a radio interview, "Actually, one of my songs says, 'You want to know if we're really beefing? There's no beef; I'm a vegan.' I think that you're allowed to enjoy two artists who fill a similar lane. And I just always grew up collaborating with [Selena Gomez] and [Demi Lovato], and there was never competition. [Ariana Grande] is one of my best friends."

For those who need a remainder, Miley previously used the lyrics to poke fun at both of her fellow Disney alums and the "Thank U, Next" hitmaker.

Returning the topic to Nicki and Cardi, Miley stressed that "what they do is so different from each other." She said, "When you are authentically yourself, no one can be you so you're never worried about someone stealing your place because it can't be taken because you're the only one."

"That's why they both get a crown," the "Malibu" singer continued. "They don't have to share; they don't have to break it in half; there's no reason to fight over it. They're both queens. And any time you want to feel powerful and strong, that's my go-to: Cardi and Nicki."

Last weekend, Miley caused social media frenzy with a teaser of her new song, "Cattitude", which found her singing, "I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi." As of now, both of the female rap superstars have yet to comment on her name-dropping them on the song.

"Cattitude" will likely be included on Miley's upcoming EP "She Is Coming", which is slated for a May 31 release.
