However, the San Jose, California-based band has insisted that they have no bad blood with the Canadian superstar as writing, 'Two of our bandmates are from Canada.'

AceShowbiz - It's not a secret that Drake often helps Toronto Raptors during a game by taunting the opposing team, prompting both people from the industry as well as basketball fans to call him out. Now that the NBA final is fast approaching, rock band Smash Mouth has unexpectedly warned the Canadian superstar to behave when his favorite team plays against Golden State Warriors.

The San Jose, California-based group angrily wrote on Twitter on Monday, May 27, "Yo @drake When the ball is in-play sit the FCK down! That aint gonna fly in Oakland!" Calling Drake a "Glorified Mascot," Smash Mouth shared in another tweet a photo of the former standing up courtside during a Raptors game. "Lol," they wrote in the caption.

But the "I'm a Believer" hitmaker later insisted that they had no bad blood with Drake, telling a follower who wondered whether they are enemies, "Two of our bandmates are from Canada. We good!" They also praised the rapper's song after another follower said they got no right to talk because "a BAD Drake song still makes more money than you have in your entire career." Smash Mouth replied, "Ha! Drake songs are awesome! Not sure what you're talking about!"

Drake's sideline antics, such as making airplane arms to taunt opposing players and giving Raptors coach Nick Nurse shoulder massages, are well-documented during Raptors games. While his behavior is treasured by fans of the Canada-based team, everyone else hates it. Recently, the daughter of Milwaukee Bucks' owner trolled him by sporting a T-shirt bearing his nemesis Pusha T's image during a game, but he was quick to troll her back.

The "God's Plan" rapper changed his Instagram profile picture to an image of Mallory Edens before sharing on Instagram Stories an image of the girl wearing the outfit. He wrote along with it, "All is fair in war and war trust me I'll still get you tickets to ovo fest."
