The 44-year-old was tended to by paramedics, and was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Smith, who reportedly suffered a blunt force injury to the back of his head, causing a fractured skull, died the following day.

Police have since launched an investigation into man's demise, and have asked other concert-goers for help in solving what they believe is a suspicious death, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
