Showing off her taut tummy, the 'I Like It' raptress says the procedure isn't just a quick fix to get a flat stomach and that she did it because she doesn't have time to work out.

AceShowbiz - Cardi B is once again getting real about her body. After admitting that she went under the knife to get her flat tummy back after giving birth to her daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus last July, the Bronx femcee recently took to Instagram Live to open up about her decision to get liposuction.

The mother of one said on Monday, May 13 that the procedure is not actually just a quick way to get abs. "But, I'm telling you guys, because b***hes think you can go get surgery and that's it. No, you gotta maintain this s**t," she said of her experience. Talking about the post-op process, she shared, "That's why, if you look at my stomach, it looks lumpy because they have to massage it out. There's like a 100 post-op appointments to smooth it out. It's been about three or four months. I can't wait to see the results."

As for why she got liposuction, Cardi said it wasn't a necessity, but she did it because she doesn't have time to work out and get her pre-baby body back. "I needed my boobs done, but I didn't need the lipo. If I worked out after birth I would've been fine, but I don't have time, bro!" she explained.

During the Live session, the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker also clapped back at haters who criticized her as "plastic" for going under the knife. "B***hes are never happy," she said. "The same girls that are saying 'love yourself' are the same ones saying I'm plastic. I'm a happy a** plastic b***h. I'm telling y'all this to make y'all feel good, like do whatever you want."

Clearly having no regret about her decision to get liposuction, the former "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star advised her fans not to succumb to the pressure of plastic surgery. "Don't feel pressure to change your body because of a man," she urged. "At 21, I went through s**t. Don't feel pressure to do s**t, because then you might end up hurting yourself... I don't like giving people advice... I'll tell you about my experience but I won't tell you what to do."

She went on claiming, "I'm a good hearted person and I just want these kids to not go through the s**t and see the s**t I've been through."

On the same day she talked about her experience with liposuction, Cardi shared a picture on Instagram showing off her taut tummy in a black bra and red pants. She cheekily captioned it, "When I pull up it gets hectic !"
