In related news, David Eason is reportedly under investigation by Child Protective Services after he shot Jenelle's dog Nugget to death for allegedly hurting his and Jenelle's daughter Ensley.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans' "Teen Mom 2" co-stars have been weighing in on the controversy surrounding her husband David Eason, who allegedly killed her dog Nugget. Despite her feud with Jenelle, Kailyn Lowry expressed her sympathy for her fellow MTV star and condemned David's violent act.

"I have refrained from commenting on the disturbing situation involving David Eason and Jenelle Evans while I wrapped my head around the murder of Nugget. To say I am disgusted and appalled over David's actions doesn't begin to touch on my true feelings," Kail said in a statement released on her company Pothead Haircare's letterhead and shared the note on her personal social media pages.

"I want to make it clear that neither myself or my company, Pothead Haircare, condone violence against animals. Being the owner of dogs myself, I am heartbroken and sickened by what happened to Nugget," she continued, before concluding, "I hope that Jenelle and her children are safe and take the necessary steps to get the help that is clearly needed."

Chelsea Houska's father Randy Houska, meanwhile, took to Twitter to share his opinion on the matter. "I grew up on a farm and, at times, I had to put animals down down for various reasons. Injury, disease, stuff like that. This was the livestock, not something I shared a house with, and it affected my entire life. I am not a big hunter because of it," he wrote.

Randy Houska also criticized David Eason for his act.

In related news, Jenelle's husband is reportedly under investigation by Child Protective Services after he shot Nugget to death for allegedly hurting his and Jenelle's daughter Ensley. According to The Blast, someone reported to the Columbus County Department of Social Services in North Carolina that the children in the couple's home could be in danger.

The caller believed the children, including the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Ensley, and the MTV star's two sons from previous relationships, Jace, 9, and Kaiser, 4, could develop PTSD, depression or other mental health problems. However, Jenelle's rep denies to Us Weekly that they are under investigation.

Jenelle previously shared that they fled their marital house after she learned that David killed his French bulldog. However, it seems like the TV star has returned to the rural home. The 27-year-old took to Instagram Stories on Sunday, May 5 to share a photo of her collecting eggs from a chicken coop. "Got 7 eggs this morning!" she captioned the pic.

This arrives after a report said that Jenelle would not divorce David because she's "scared" of David, who was fired from "Teen Mom 2" due to homophobic remarks, following the gruesome action he did to her dog. Additionally, David was said to be under a joint investigation by Columbus County Sheriff's Office and Columbus County Animal Control for the alleged animal cruelty.
