AceShowbiz - Tay-K was recently hit with additional lawsuit after allegedly assaulting and robbing a 65-year-old retired man back on May 25, 2017. Owney "Skip" Pepe accused the rapper, whose real name is Taymor Travon McIntyre, of beating him in an Arlington park while the rapper was on the run from police.

Pepe and his wife Barbara filed the lawsuit against Tay-K on Friday, May 3. They claimed that the rapper approached Pepe from behind with a gun to his head, demanding his wallet. He was said to be leaving "him unconscious with multiple broken bones and [a] brain bleed," the lawsuit read.

"McIntyre... savagely beat the defenseless 65-year-old, leaving him unconscious with multiple broken bones and [a] brain bleed... McIntyre dragged Mr. Pepe's body off the trail and left him for dead in the woods," the suit continued.

Pepe also named Tay-K's label 88 Records and its owner Joshua White as well as the rapper's manager Ezra Averill as the other defendants. He claimed that they use the assault and robbery to boost Tay-K's reputation in the rap industry.

"These Defendants chose to financially profit from McIntyre's violent crimes," the lawsuit stated, adding, "and take money for themselves from the sale of his music that otherwise would be available to compensate McIntyre's victims."

The alleged assault took place after Tay-K reportedly fled house arrest in March 2017 by cutting his ankle monitor before escaping. He was awaiting a capital murder trial in the death of 21-year-old Ethan Walker. He also injured his roommate, Zachary Beloate, during a Mansfield home invasion in July 2016.

Additionally, Tay-K, who was only 16 during the 2016 case, was accused of being responsible of the death of Mark Anthony Saldivar. Saldivar was shot and killed during in a San Antonio Chick-Fil-A on April 23, 2017.

Tay-K, who was captured in July 2017, will be charged in all three cases. However, he is not facing death penalty.
