AceShowbiz - Following Kenya Moore's brief appearance in the finale of season 11 of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", rumors have been running rampage that the former cast member of the Bravo reality TV show will be making a return in upcoming season 12. And the rumors seeemingly have some truth on them with star Porsha Williams appearing to confirm her appearance in a recent interview.
The new mom recently stopped by "The Breakfast Club" to discuss her feelings after welcoming her daughter, her new business ventures as well as "RHOA". One of the hosts asked her about reports that the show, which usually starts filming in July, will start the production early.
Responding to the question, Porsha said that it had been brought up. As for the reason, "It because of that [beef between the castmates]. Or it could be because of Kenya [Moore]."
Porsha went on saying that if the rumors of Kenya's return were true, fans would want to see Kenya and her daughter Brooklyn Daly. "But I don't know. When they start filming early somethin' is sizzlin'. Something is going on right now that cannot wait until July but we gon' see what that is," Porsha added.
While Porsha didn't exactly confirm Kenya's return, fans believe that she just let the cat out of the bag by mentioning her name. "Lmfaoo I feel like my girl Porsha spilled too much tea, that she wasn't suppose to spill. You can see the instant remorse on her face," a fan said.
"She dead a** let it slip that Kenya is back and tried to fix it up," another fan wrote, while one other added, "She about to get a call from Bravo and Andy [Cohen] in like 60 seconds."
"I love Porsha. I don't think she was supposed to mention Kenya," another fan commented.
This arrives after Kenya was said to be close to sealing the deal with the show. "Kenya Moore is really excited to be returning to 'RHOA' next season as the deal is almost done," a source previously revealed. "She really wanted to make this happen. She's been spending a lot of time in L.A., but will be in Atlanta full-time once filming begins in June."
Kenya is not the only one excited for that as "the other ladies are excited to have her back as well," according to the source. "Cynthia, Porsha (Williams), Eva (Marcille) and Kandi (Burruss) will be returning. However, Sharmari (Fears) will either be out or back as a friend, that's still being decided. Tanya (Sam) may also finally get her peach, which excites her while Marlo (Hampton) will also be returning as a friend," the insider added.
