AceShowbiz - The Kardashian-Jenner family recently had a scare when they suspected that Saint West, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's second child, might have suffered an allergic reaction. The three-year-old boy ended up in an emergency room because of that.

Kris Jenner broke the frightening news during an interview with Refinery29, explaining that it happened "a week ago or so when we went to Palm Springs," presumably for Coachella. "Saint, my little grandson, we discovered he might be allergic to grass. We ended up in the E.R.," the matriarch said of the little boy, before assuring that he's doing much better now.

"All is well--we figured it out," she continued.

However, it turns out that was not the only time the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star experienced a scare like that as she admitted that it was not the scariest one. "The first one I ever got was the most alarming," Kris continued, recalling the time when Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's eldest son, Mason, suffered an allergic reaction.

"It was when Mason ate peanut butter and his face started blowing up and his throat started closing," the momager shared. "They had to rush him to the hospital. He had a peanut butter allergy for the longest time. He's fine now. The scariest is always the first time."

Besides Saint and Mason, Kris has seven other grandchildren: Kourtney's two other children Penelope (6) and Reign (4), Khloe Kardashian's daughter True (1), Rob Kardashian's daughter Dream (2), Kylie Jenner's child Stormi (1) as well as Kim's two other children North (5) and Chicago (1).

Kris will soon welcome another grandchild as the KKW Beauty founder and Kanye are currently expecting their fourth child, a baby boy, via surrogate. While Kim has yet to reveal when exactly her surrogate will give birth to their unborn baby, it's suggested that the surrogate is due in "very early May."
