Eight months after slapping the boss of his former label with a breach of contract suit, the 'Rack City' hitmaker files court papers seeking to end his legal battle with the Cash Money Records co-founder.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Tyga is voluntarily dismissing his $10 million (£7.7 million) breach of contract lawsuit against his former label boss Bryan 'Birdman' Williams.
The "Rack City" hitmaker launched legal action in August (18), claiming rap mogul Birdman, bosses at his Cash Money Records, and executives at Young Money Entertainment owed him royalties for his 2012 album "Careless World: Rise of the Last King", and its follow up, "Hotel California".
Birdman fired back earlier this year, denying the accusations and insisting Tyga is the one who has a debt to pay after collecting advances for projects which failed to generate at least the equivalent in revenue prior to his exit from the label in 2015.
The veteran hip-hop star demanded the suit be dismissed and that Tyga pay his legal fees.
Now, at least part of his wish has been granted as the 29-year-old recently filed court papers revealing he has decided to drop the dispute, according to The Blast.
No reason has been given for the change of heart, but as a result, the entire case will be closed.
