A limo driver, Michael Gradney, claims he was knocked down and 'severely injured' when he was caught in the fight involving the trio and Sean in February 2017.

AceShowbiz - The Migos rappers are reportedly asking a judge to throw out a lawsuit waged against them by a limo driver claiming he was hurt during a brawl they had with Sean Kingston.

"Bad and Boujee" stars Quavo, Offset and Takeoff were hit with the legal filing in November (18), with driver Michael Gradney stating he was caught in the middle of a fight involving the trio and Sean, where he alleges he was knocked down and left "severely injured."

Gradney also said a gun was fired during the fight, which took place in February 2017, when he was scheduled to take the stars to the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

But in new court documents seen by The Blast, the Migos boys claim Gradney did not properly accuse the hip-hop group of knocking him to the ground during a fight. They further state the driver makes no mention of who actually knocked him to the ground, or who allegedly fired a gun during the brawl and that Gradney made no accusations that they engaged in any bad activities.

Accordingly, they now want the lawsuit dismissed, and are waiting for a judge to rule on the case's update.
