YouTube personality Harvey Justice alleges that Ronald Fenty convinced him to sign with Fenty Entertainment by claiming that his 'Umbrella' hitmaker daughter played a key role in the firm.

AceShowbiz - Rihanna's father has been threatened with legal action from a social media star by allegedly lying about representing his singer daughter.

Ronald Fenty and officials behind a firm called Fenty Entertainment were already in trouble with the "Diamonds" hitmaker for reportedly using the company to try and solicit business on behalf of the superstar.

Rihanna filed suit against her dad in January to block him from cashing in on her success, insisting she had no ties to Fenty Entertainment.

Ronald and his business associate Moses Perkins are accused of attempting to use the firm to book 15 concerts for the musician in Latin America in December, 2017, charging a total of $15 million (£11.5 million) for the shows, even though she had no knowledge of the alleged dealings.

Now Harvey Justice (Harvey J), also known online as Chef Henny, has had his attorney, Alex Spiro, fire off a legal warning to Fenty for falsely claiming to represent his famous daughter.

According to TMZ, Fenty told Justice Rihanna played a key role in his talent brand, and convinced the YouTube personality, who is known for parody videos in which he cooks with Hennessy cognac, to sign with his firm in April, 2018.

Justice alleges he was promised a marketing budget of $750,000 (£575,200), but ended up only receiving $50,000 (£38,350), and when Justice quizzed Fenty for the remainder of the funds, he kept blaming the delay on a South American investor.

Justice is now demanding Fenty pay up promptly, plus additional damages, or face another lawsuit.
