Debuted at CinemaCon, the footage follows the older version of Beverly (Jessica Chastain), who upon her return to Derry, Maine, is greeted by a strange old lady in her childhood home.

AceShowbiz - Warner Bros. Pictures brought tons of excitement and thrill at its presentation at CinemaCon in Los Angeles with the first-look footage at "It: Chapter 2" and "Joker". While details of the "Joker" footage is available here, below is the description of the sneak peek for the horror sequel.

The "It: Chapter 2" footage mostly follows an adult Beverly Marsh (Jessica Chastain), who returns to her childhood home in Derry, Maine. She is greeted by an old lady named Mrs. Kersh, who informs her about her father's passing, but welcomes her to look around her old house.

After some time, Beverly begins to notice something peculiar about Mrs. Kersh. "You know what they say about Derry - no one who dies here ever really dies," the old lady says at one point, before she disappears into the kitchen and strips naked while dancing maniacally.

The scene then jumps to show other members of the Losers' Club, who are now adults, returning to Derry. There are flashback scenes of them as kids and creepy things flash as adult Beverly is rising out of a lake of blood and red balloons are flying into the sky. The adults regroup and return to the sewers, and Pennywise emerges and greets the screen with a sinister "hello."

Those who attended the presentation have taken to Twitter to share their reactions about the footage. "It Chapter 2 footage shown. Looks to be as great as the first film. Adult diapers needed for this film! Teased a second of the infamous blood scene talked about so much online," FlickDirect tweeted.

Another admitted the sneak peek terrified her a lot, "Well footage for #ItChapter2 just made me scream NO NO NO out loud. #CinemaCon."

"IT: CHAPTER 2. What the f**k," another gushed, adding, "Wicked trailer, scary as hell, should be a helluva time."

Another shared, "IT: CHAPTER TWO trailer is Jessica Chastain-heavy. Effectively creepy, very bloody, and very red-balloon-heavy. Big round of #CinemaCon applause. This audience is down to ... clown."

Quoting director Andy Muschietti, someone else wrote that "It: Chapter 2" "will make you s**t your pants."

Besides the director, the actors who play the adult and kid versions of the Losers' Club members, minus Jaeden Martell who plays the younger version of Bill Denbrough, were present. Joking About Martell's absense, James McAvoy who plays the elder Bill said, "He's too talented and he threatens me, so I made him disappear."

Muschietti, meanwhile, gushed about the cast, "From an audience perspective I wanted the adult losers to be believable. I'm proud to say all the people I wanted in the movie finally landed in it. It was incredible to find all the people here were so excited to be a part of it."

The "It" sequel is heading into theaters across the nation on September 6.
