AceShowbiz - Tommie Lee's issue with alcohol has landed her in prison. The "Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta" star was arrested after she appeared drunk in court for a hearing in her child abuse case in Cobb County, Georgia last week, TMZ first broke the story.

Law enforcement sources told the publication that the judge presiding over her case ordered Tommie to undergo drug and alcohol testing because she appeared to be so drunk it was almost impossible not to notice that. She was later found to have an alleged blood alcohol testing of 0.16, which is twice the legal limit drinking in the city. Making it worse, it meant she also violated her bond.

Tommie was immediately arrested on the spot, but has since been released. The VH1 star has also issued an apology for her misbehavior. "I've been working really hard through my problems considering the challenges that's been set before me since I've been home," she said. "I've done all that I can do on my own shake my habits but I do realize that I need help and I am currently seeking treatment."

Last fall, Tommie was arrested after she allegedly shoved her daughter's head in a locker when she went to the girl's middle school and disrupted the class. The indictment document further stated that she slapped her daughter on the hands with her purse strap and also slapped her across the face. She was charged with felony aggravated assault, battery and child cruelty.

She was released after posting a $27,000 bond and was ordered to stay away from her daughter. However, three hours after he release, it was reported that she violated the order and got in contact with her child, prompting her to get arrested again.

She is now facing seven charges. Three of them are felonies while the rest are misdemeanors. She will face up to 54 years in prison if she's convicted on all of the charges against her.
