Meanwhile, 'RHONY' star Bethenny Frankel isn't a big fan of the storyline of the current season as she tweets, 'STOP talking about the dog.'

AceShowbiz - A birthday party should be fun, but that was not the case for Camille Grammer's 50th birthday bash in Tuesday, March 19 episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills". There was an obvious tension between Teddi Mellencamp and Lisa Vanderpump as the event marked the first time for them to come face-to-face after Teddi's texts with John Blizzard were revealed to the other ladies.

Teddi arrived first at the party, and she quickly apologized to Dorit Kemsley for taking part in PuppyGate to make her look bad. Dorit accepted her apology and gave her a hug. Dorit said, "There's two people that play a part in this, [and] Teddi is owning her part. Teddi was caught in a lie, but at least she's taking ownership of that," adding that she hoped that Lisa would do the same.

However, Lisa appeared to be not wanting to have anything to do with the scandal anymore. "I want to move on from it," the restaurateur said, before going on saying, "I've seen [the texts]… It's all clear to me…." Teddi asked her what was "clear" to her, and Lisa responded, "You were guilty by omission. You sat there when [the ladies] were asked, 'Who said bring the dog forward?' [in the Bahamas two weeks prior]. And I saw the texts! I was shocked."

"Lisa, I was on a phone call with John Blizzard while you were on the other line with John Sessa, where they were saying, 'Well, let's figure this out. Hold on one second,' " Teddi hit back. But Lisa didn't let Teddi have the last laugh, as she insisted that "I didn't know you were involved [in anything]."

That prompted Teddi to ask how could she text Dorit to tell her that "Teddi knows" about the whole thing, and that was when Lisa got caught in lie. While she told Kyle Richards that she didn't know "at the time" that Teddi knew about the dog, this time, she admitted that she knew. "Of course I knew that you knew. Of course I knew," Lisa said.

"It's very clear to me that Lisa wanted Teddi to have that information about Dorit," Kyle weighed in on the matter in an interview. "Then, Blizzard lets Lisa know, 'OK, job's done. Teddi knows about the dog.' And then she texted Dorit, 'Teddi knows,' just to stir s*** up between Dorit and Teddi."

Back to the birthday party, Teddi told Lisa, "I know you're not going to take any ownership for your part. I've taken ownership, I told the truth, I have apologized. If you can live with yourself doing this, then go for it. It's been working for you for a long time."

Lisa responded, "OK. I'm fine with it -- [but] you don’t feel any type of guilty or remorse?" To which, Teddi said, "I don't feel any guilt with you. I feel betrayed by you."

Lisa shared that she felt the same, saying, "Well, I feel betrayed by you too." Teddi seemingly was not having it as she hit back, "Oh, because I couldn't carry out your plan? Sorry."

Dorit, meanwhile, said in the confessional, "This is no longer about [the dog], Lucy [Lucy Apple Juicy], and a lie. This is about my friendship with Lisa Vanderpump. She plotted against me, behind my back, to hurt me. A friend doesn't do that to someone."

Meanwhile, someone appears to be having had enough of the dog drama. "The Real Housewives of New York City" cast member Bethenny Frankel took to Twitter to make it clear that she wasn't a fan of the current season of the Bravo show. "I need everyone to tell me where they stand on #rhobh bc I think I may be seeing a different show than I heard about. I'm 4 episodes in. FOUR episodes about a #DOGBACLE," she wrote.

In a separate tweet, she went on saying, "STOP talking about the dog. Dog didn't work out. Dog returned. That bummed Lisa V out. Who cares if some guy told Teddi 1 line about it in a text? I'm not seeing the big deal. Am I missing something?"
