AceShowbiz - Lana Del Rey has revealed that she plans to publish her first book of poetry.
The 33-year-old singer has reached out to book stores on social media offering to deliver copies of the collection.
Lana first revealed plans for the book, tentatively titled "Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass", in January.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, March 06, the "Lust for Life" hitmaker revealed that the work is almost ready and will be released soon.
"Hey! So I'm like super excited about self publishing my first poetry book," the "Born to Die" songstress wrote. "And I just wanted to say any mom-and-pop SoCal/ San Fran book stores that are interested in having it just let me know and I'll drive you out a couple boxes when I'm done binding it in a few months xx."
When asked by a fan how much the book would cost, the Mariners Apartment Complex singer responded, "$1... because my thoughts are priceless."
The announcement follows a string of posts by the singer showing typewritten pages of poetry.
Titles included among the selection include "Quiet Waiter - Blue Forever" and "Happy", along with several other snippets of verses that the singer has teased.
Alongside the volume of verse, Lana is also gearing up for the release of her sixth studio album "Norman F**king Rockwell", which was preceded by the single "Hope Is a Dangerous Thing for a Woman Like Me to Have - But I Have It", and is expected to drop some time later this year.
