Taking to Twitter, the daughter of Michael Jackson says, 'I actually haven't made any statement yet, especially regarding how it affects my work life.'

AceShowbiz - Paris Jackson has finally broken her silence since the airing of "Leaving Neverland" documentary, though she didn't directly address the controversy surrounding it. Instead, she took to Twitter on Wednesday, March 6 to debunk report saying she was anxious the HBO documentary would affect her career.

"I actually haven't made any statement yet, especially regarding how it affects my work life. You guys are reaching a bit. At least this wasn't a disgusting and attacking article though," the daughter of Michael Jackson wrote on the micro-blogging site, adding in another tweet, "Y'all take my life more seriously than I do. Calm yo tittaaaaysss."

The article that Paris was referring to stated that the aspiring actress was concerned "Leaving Neverland" might ruin her chances of success as a performer. A source told The Sun, "Paris hoped to launch a successful career in acting but fears 'Leaving Neverland' has ruined her chances of it taking off."

"She was in a movie last year but believes the documentary is already scaring directors away because the abuse her father is accused of may put movie goers off her," the insider, who claimed to be close to Paris, continued. "It all comes down to marketing. The worry is that any movies she stars in will be derailed if Michael's abuse scandal is all people think about when they see her on screen. She wants to act but knows this could affect her plans."

"Leaving Neverland" was broadcast in two parts on March 3 and 4 after its premiere at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival in late January. It featured interviews with Wade Robson and Jimmy Safechuck, who alleged that Michael sexually abused them at his home, Neverland Ranch, in California as well as at his apartment in Century City.
