Naomie Chaput and publicist Daniel Bouabdo claim that the 'Fine China' rapper banned 'fatties' to go inside a Miami nightclub he was performing at, and refused to apologize when approached privately.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Future has been accused of discrimination for allegedly banning plus-size women from a club he was performing at.

Model Naomie Chaput, who goes by Nao, had been planning to go to Story nightclub in Miami on Friday with a friend but was told not to bother trying to get in because the rapper had said "no fatties" were allowed.

"She was on her way there and they were in contact with the promoter who had arranged for them to go to the club," her publicist Daniel Bouabdo told BuzzFeed News.

According to him, the promoter said, "Don't even bother coming. Future asked for no fatties."

Chaput and Bouabdo have now hired a law firm to help them pursue legal action against Future, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, after he refused to apologise and called her a liar when she reached out to him privately on Instagram.

"Nobody denied this behaviour, nobody disassociated themselves from this type of behaviour," said Bouabdo. "We would like to believe that Future doesn't condone such behaviour but he's leaving Nao no choice but to ask for an apology. It's been now over 72 hours, and I still don't have any answers for his publicist or his manager."

After Chaput went public with her allegations on Instagram Stories, Future seemed to indirectly refer to her claims on Twitter by writing, "STOP CAPPIN ON MY NAME..I love all women."

When she didn't receive a response from his team, Chaput send him an Instagram message to try and clear up the situation. According to screenshots of the conversations provided by Chaput, Future replied, "U lied on my name... U should've said story (the club) told u that s**t... U said my name."

Chaput then explained that she wasn't trying to spread rumours and gave him the opportunity to speak out against the club's behaviour, but he allegedly replied, "U condone accusing the wrong person and lying... that's evil! Spread the truth next time when you falsely accuse someone! Your call."
