AceShowbiz - Iggy Azalea has responded to fans on Twitter who mistake her for being older than she is.
The Australian rapper took to the social media site to poke fun at the rumours surrounding her age, laughing that she often gets mistaken for being significantly older than her 28 years.
Her comment was made in response to a post by fellow rapper Kash Doll, real name Arkeisha Knight, who noted that people have a tendency to scale up her age, assuming she's a decade older than she really is.
"Everyday i see y'all going about how old i look i get it but I'm not a day over 30 years old," the Detroit-born star tweeted. "I'm actually 21 Lol (sic)."
Iggy went on to quote the tweet, adding that she regularly gets the same response from fans.
"Girl don't worry, I'm 28 pushing 40 online Lol," she laughed.

Many fans believe the "Fancy" hitmaker has had more surgery than the breast and nose job she’s owned up to, and during a chat with Elle Canada in 2016, Iggy implored people to be more accepting "of the fact that both famous and non-famous women are having cosmetic procedures."
"More people need to admit that s**t so it doesn’t have to be so taboo,” she stated.
