Midway Rent-A-Car claims that the 'Rack City' rapper stopped making monthly payments for a 2012 Ferrari 458 Spider and a 2012 Rolls-Royce Ghost before the end of the leases.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Tyga has been slapped with legal action after reportedly falling behind on lease payments for two luxury cars.

The "Rack City" star has been accused of failing to hand over nearly $130,000 (£97,700) to company officials at Midway Rent-A-Car for leasing a 2012 Ferrari 458 Spider and a 2012 Rolls-Royce Ghost in 2016.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Tyga stopped making the monthly payments before the end of his leases, and he's apparently dodged multiple attempts to collect on the debt.

As a result, Midway bosses, who repossessed the vehicles, filed suit, seeking the full amount owed, in addition to interest and legal fees.

The news emerges days after Tyga, who has a history of reneging on car lease contracts, was involved in a heated argument at Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s Hollywood birthday bash on Saturday, February 23, when the rapper had to be removed from the venue.

Security officials were caught on camera dragging Tyga out of the club when he attempted to grab his bodyguard's gun to retaliate, before being forced to calm down.

It's claimed that the hip-hop star had clashed with a group of men who confronted him about a leased Maybach, which was also repossessed after non-payment.

Tyga has yet to comment on the rumours.
