AceShowbiz - Bebe Rexha will still stand by her father's side even though he says mean things about her. People have been slamming the songstress' father, Flamur Rexha, for criticizing her social media photos, but she has come to her defense and insisted that her father is not a bad person.
It all started after Bebe shared on Instagram Stories a since-deleted screenshot of a text she was having with Flamur. Her dad sent her a message pleading her to stop posting sensual photos on social media because it made him too embarrassed to go out. "You better stop posting stupid pornography because you make me sick I can't take this anymore embarrassed to go in public everywhere I can go I'm very upset with you I can't believe it," he said.
Bebe appeared to have yet replying to the text, but she wrote on the screenshot, "My dad hates me," along with a face-palmed emoji.

It didn't take too long for people to bashing Flamur, prompting Bebe to defend him and urged people to stop saying "mean things" about him. She also called him an "amazing" father. Insisting that her dad is not "a bad guy," she later reflected on her choice to share the screenshot to social media.
"I should of never have posted that screenshot. Im disappointed in myself I was being sarcastic," the "Meant to Be" singer wrote on Twitter. "I understand where he is coming as a father and that's why the text was a bit harsh. I am upset that he still isn't speaking to me, but he is still my father."

Bebe deleted the post afterward.
'Hes still my father' girlie, thats just a label, that we put on people, instead of being proud of your achievements, he's insulting you. That's the opposite of an 'amazing father' but whatever makes u sleep at night i guess

She lied. Amazing fathers don't act like that.

It appeared people didn't buy her clarification as they pointed out that an "amazing" father wouldn't say that kind of things to his child. " 'Hes still my father' girlie, thats just a label, that we put on people, instead of being proud of your achievement, he's insulting you. That's the opposite of an 'amazing father' but whatever makes u sleep at night i guess," one said as another simply echoed, "Amazing fathers don't act like that."
