The disgraced singer is released on Monday after posting $100,000 or 10 percent of his $1 million bail and immediately hits up McDonald's.

AceShowbiz - R. Kelly has been released from jail after spending two nights behind bars. The embattled singer walked out free from the facility on Monday, February 25 after posting $100,000 bond or 10% of his $1 million bail.

The 52-year-old songwriter/record producer wore a dark hoodie and a blue padded jacket as he left the facility. He was swarmed by paparazzi and reporters. There were also some protesters who hurled insults at the singer before he entered a black van.

He then hit up McDonald's probably to grab a bite.

Earlier on Monday, Kelly appeared in Cook County court to enter a not guilty plea on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse against him. Accompanied by his lawyer, he showed up in an orange jumpsuit.

Kelly was indicted on 10 felony counts of sex abuse involving four victims on Friday, February 22. He turned himself in to Chicago police on Saturday and remained in jail until Monday as he was still trying to collect his money to post the bail.

Three of the alleged victims were minors at the time of the alleged encounters, which took place between 1998 and 2010. During a press conference on Saturday, Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx provided more details on the accusers. They were Kelly's then-24-year-old hairdresser, two 16-year-olds and one person who was 14 years old at the time of the first alleged incident.

Attorney Michael Avenatti said on Monday at the courthouse that he has handed another Kelly sex tape to prosecutors. According to TMZ, the video taken around 2000 shows the "I Believe I Can Fly" hitmaker having sex with a 14-year-old girl, who is also featured in the first video obtained by Avenatti and was shot in 1999.

Kelly's lawyer Steve Greenberg denied the accusations against his client on Saturday, telling reporters, "He is a rock star. He doesn't have to have nonconsensual sex."
