The 'Teen Mom OG' star gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday, February 21 after having early contractions a week before.

AceShowbiz - Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have just welcomed a new addition to their family. The couple's third child, a baby girl, arrived on Thursday, February 21 at 9:24 A.M. and weighed in at 6 lbs and 4 oz, they reveal to Us Weekly.
The "Teen Mom OG" star and her husband named their newborn daughter Vaeda Luma, which is unexpected since the pair had been talking about naming their new baby Tezlee in an episode of the MTV reality series.
Tyler expressed his joy at welcoming his little daughter on Instagram, posting a picture of the birth details which declared "healthy mom and baby." He captioned it, "She's here & I'm in love!"
Catelynn, meanwhile, shared a more cryptic post, a picture of floral arrangements that she probably received to congratulate her on the baby's arrival. "#blessed," she simply wrote in the caption.
The newborn girl joins big sister Novalee Reign, who was born on January 1, 2015. Catelynn and Tyler gave up their first daughter Carly for an open adoption in 2009 as seen on MTV's "16 and Pregnant", but they remain involved in the girl's life.
Catelynn revealed her latest pregnancy in September, and she admitted that it was a surprise, considering she suffered a miscarriage in 2017. The couple used birth control when the 26-year-old became pregnant. "We were using protection and everything," Catelynn said. "This baby just wanted to be here. It was very unexpected."
In December, Tyler gave an update on his wife's pregnancy, saying that "everything's been smooth" despite his worries. "It's a lot smoother than we expected, especially after the miscarriage, we didn't know exactly how that would affect anything. Would it affect anything? What happens? Do we have to take any extra precautions because of that during this one? Everything's been going great," he said on the "Watch With Us" podcast.
On Wednesday, February 13, Catelynn revealed on Instagram that she began having contractions. "Dilated to a 3 and having contractions!" she wrote on a plain black background. "This little girl wants to come!!"
She added in the caption, "Not contractions that take my breath away but she really wants to come soon! But I could also be like this for dayyysss so we shall see what she wants to do lol!"
