In a short video shared on the police department's Twitter account, the 'Hips Don't Lie' hitmaker can be seen throwing some serious punches at a cop holding boxing pads.

AceShowbiz - Shakira showed off her boxing skills during a day out with the Miami Beach Police Department in Florida on Monday, February 18.
The singer and her kids made a low-key stop at the station and when she realised there were training facilities for cops, she asked if she could punch a bag.
Police officials posted footage of the "Hips Don't Lie" singer pounding a shielded cop as other lawmakers could be heard saying, "She's got skills."

It is not clear why Shakira made the trip to the police department, but she has a home nearby that has been on the market since last summer (18).
