While the 'True Lies' actor is asking for joint custody of their two children in his divorce filing, Ashley Groussman seeks to obtain legal and physical custody as well as spousal support.

AceShowbiz - Tom Arnold and his estranged wife Ashley Groussman appear to be gearing up for a messy custody battle after requesting different arrangements in their divorce filing.

The "True Lies star" and Groussman split last month and he is seeking joint custody of the former couple's two children, Jax and Quinn.

However, according to The Blast, Groussman is asking for legal and physical custody of the children and spousal support. Arnold did not check the boxes for spousal support in his divorce filing.

Arnold confirmed the couple's split earlier this month, saying, "For the last couple years we grew apart and have been moving in different directions, which is why at this time we have decided to end our marriage".

He was previously married to Julie Champnella, Shelby Roos, and Roseanne Barr.
