However, instead of spending the most romantic day of the year with Khloe Kardashian, he was spotted partying with other women at the Pineapple Hill Saloon & Grill in Sherman Oaks.
According to Life & Style magazine, Tristan was "being flirty, hitting up girls" in addition to chatting and taking pics with girls at the bar. Earlier in the evening, the Cleveland Cavaliers player was spotted having dinner at Gyu-Kaku restaurant with a couple of friends. A source noted to the news outlet that Tristan "seemed very calm and reserved. All of them did."
It was additionally reported that Tristan was hitting the Delilah club over the weekend and acted like a single man throughout the night. He allegedly exited the hotspot around 2 A.M. on Sunday, February 17.
Even though Tristan reportedly spent Valentine's Day with other girls, he still sent some lavish gifts to Khloe for the special occasion. Taking to Instagram Stories, the "Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian" host showed off a pink-and-red roses arrangement that formed a heart. "Daddy and baby True," she captioned the shot.
However, shortly after that, she started posting cryptic messages on the site, fueling rumors that there is trouble in paradise. "Sometimes god breaks your heart to save your soul," she said in one post, before following it up with another post that read, "S/O to every who is tryna heal from things they can't talk about."
Tristan and Khloe have been dating for more than a year and shares a daughter, True Thompson, together. The couple was hit with cheating allegations after Tristan was spotted making out with another woman when Khloe was pregnant with their daughter, but they decided to stay together for the sake of True.
