AceShowbiz - NeNe Leakes' marriage to her husband Gregg received a lot of attention from fans following multiple headlines of NeNe being cold towards her husband amid his battle against cancer. Recently, a slew of fans came at "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, accusing her of cheating on Gregg.

Taking it to Instagram comment section, a fan claimed she saw NeNe cozying up to another man at a concert. The fan wrote, "I saw [you] on a blog u hugged up at a concert with another man. [The blog] posted your cheating ass kissing and hugging a new man that's not Gregg. How low down and dirty of u."

The Bravo star responded to the comment, though she ignored the cheating allegations leveled against her. "You don't know what Gregg has been [like] outside of these cameras! The show shows you what they want you to see," she wrote back to the fan.

Another fan joined in, questioning her loyalty to her husband and slamming her for making Gregg had a surgery by himself. "NENE U R SOOOOO WRONG GIRL! YOU SAY GREGG HAS ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF U & U JUST LEAVE HIM AT HOSPITAL YOR SURGERY??? COLD HEARTED NENE, TURN AROUND & MAKE THIS RIGHT.... THAT'S JUST TELLING THE WORLD IF ITS NOT ABOUT U THAN ITS NOT IMPORTANT. LORD, HOPE U NEVER GET SICK. GREGG DESERVES LOYALTY NOT A COLD B***H," the fan snapped.

"Gregg deserves loyalty???? Ask him who's loyal in his life! I'll wait," NeNe challenged.

In a previously-released sneak peek for a new episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 9, it was revealed that NeNe left Gregg to undergo the life-threatening surgery alone because she had something to do at her store. "While you're in surgery, I'm gonna leave," she told Gregg who looked sullen on their way to the hospital. She explained that she had some stuff to do including organizing her store.

Greg only responded with a big sigh. He then asked Nene if she was nervous, to which she replied, "Uh-uh, I just--." Greg tried to pry some more details about what stuff she needed to do that she had to leave him alone for the surgery. However, NeNe deflected and just said, "Just stuff." He asked again, "What kind of stuff?" though NeNe just shrugged and proceeded to ignore him.
