AceShowbiz - Zac Efron is recovering from surgery after tearing a ligament in his knee.
"The Greatest Showman" star injured himself skiing and underwent the operation on his Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in Los Angeles earlier this week (ends February 08).
"I tore my ACL shredding the gnar but all is good (sic)," he writes on Instagram, alongside a picture of himself in a hospital bed wearing a brace. "I opted for surgery, so I can come back stronger than ever."
"Thank you to Dr. Kvitne and his team at Kerlan-Jobe Surgery Center. I'll keep you updated as I heal and progress! Thanks for all the love and positivity!"
