AceShowbiz - Multiple reports suggest that Teresa Giudice will leave her jailbird husband Joe Giudice if he's deported to his native Italy. And words are "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star doesn't need much time to make a decision about the future of her marriage to Joe Giudice.

Radar Online claims that Teresa made the decision just hours after a judge officially ruled in immigration court back in October that Joe must be deported from the United States due to his fraud charges. "She is talking about divorce, absolutely," says a source. "There is no way Teresa is going to uproot her life. He did this, why should she suffer?"

"Teresa won't be moving to Italy with Joe, period," claims the source. "In no uncertain terms would she even consider uprooting her life with the girls and moving."

Teresa has also opened up about her marriage during season nine reunion taping of her Bravo show. A source reveals to PEOPLE that she announced to her "Housewives" co-stars that she and the 46-year-old businessman would "go our separate ways" if he's deported.

"Teresa told Andy [Cohen] that if Joe gets deported, she's not going. She said that she and Joe had talked about it over the phone, and that he understood," adds the source.

While it is such a devastating decision, Teresa is allegedly "confident that staying in the United States is what's best for her and her daughters at this time." Another source spills to HollywoodLife.com, "Teresa is still deeply hurt and upset that this entire situation has happened to her family and since Joe has been away, [she] has had a lot of time to reflect on everything."

Joe is currently serving up a 41-month prison sentence in Pennsylvania over mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud charges as he admitted that he neglected to pay nearly $200,000 in taxes. He is set to be released in March before transferred into ICE custody to face a deportation order to his native Italy.
