The 'Arrow' star releases his bank records and other money-related documents after being served with a preliminary declaration of disclosure by estranged husband Jeff Leatham.

AceShowbiz - Actor Colton Haynes is keeping his divorce proceedings moving along by handing over his financial records to his estranged husband Jeff Leatham.

The "Arrow" star and celebrity florist Leatham tried to give their short-lived union another go last summer (18), weeks after calling it quits six months into married life.

However, the reconciliation failed and last month (December 2018), Jeff filed court papers to resume legal proceedings for divorce.

Leatham served Haynes with a preliminary declaration of disclosure, a notice about his intention to hand over financial information to his ex as part of the case, and on Tuesday, January 08, the actor responded by revealing he had fulfilled his obligation to pass along his bank records and other money-related documents, reports The Blast.

The move indicates Colton is ready to finalise the marriage split and regain his legal single status.

The 30-year-old had initially been the one to pull the plug on the relationship, filing for divorce in May (18), with Leatham following suit with identical paperwork days later.

They both cited irreconcilable differences for the split and asked the judge overseeing the case to block each party from requesting spousal support. They also made it clear they would cover their own legal bills.

Colton and Jeff, 47, were introduced by mutual friend Serena Williams and they went public with the romance in early 2017, with Leatham proposing within weeks.

They exchanged vows in front of A-list guests at a ceremony in Palm Springs, California, officiated by Jeff's longtime friend, Kris Jenner, that October (17), and despite their relationship ups and downs, they both recently marked their first anniversary with tributes to one another on Instagram.

"Can't believe it's already been 1 yr. (year) since we got married," Colton captioned since-deleted images of the couple from its big day. "Happy Anniversary my beautiful husband."

Leatham responded with an equally sweet note, writing, "I can't remember what it was like before you, and I don't even know how we got here but maybe that's exactly what I needed. Someone who could make me forget where I came from and someone who could make me love without knowing how to fall."
