In addition to that, the 'Aquaman' actress accuses her ex-husband of grabbing her by the hair and breaking 'a lot of glass things that left glass on the floor.'

AceShowbiz - New details regarding Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's troubled marriage have surfaced online. In previously unreleased court documents published by The Hollywood Reporter, the blonde beauty detailed a fight between the couple in a penthouse in Los Angeles in May 2016 and revealed a nickname that they have for Depp's "abusive alter-ego."

"Johnny and I refer to his other personality, the part of him that is present when he beats me up -- we call that the monster and have called [that] the monster for many years," Heard recounted during a deposition taken amid the divorce. "I was petrified of the monster."

Recalling the time when they fought on May 21, 2016 at their Los Angeles penthouse, the "Aquaman" actress claimed that Depp threw her phone at her face "as hard as he could," before grabbing her by the hair. According to her, the "Pirates of the Carribean" star then "broke a lot of glass things that left glass on the floor," and the ground was covered in damaged objects including silver candlesticks and a lamp, among other items.

She recounted her friend Raquel Pennington coming over to check on her and LAPD responding to a 911 call made by another friend, Tillett Wright. According to the deposition, Pennington testified that Depp was "swinging around" a bottle of wine and started screaming, prompting his security team to walk in and talk him into leaving.

Meanwhile, responding LAPD officers Melissa Saenz and Tyler Hadden shared different stories. Both claimed that they had not seen any signs of shattered glass or broken items, leading them to determine that they had no probable cause to believe a crime had been committed. They also denied Pennington's testimonies which claimed that the officers saw "all of the damage" and offered to "go arrest him right now."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the deposition will be used in the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" actor's defamation lawsuit against The Sun, which referred to him as a "wife beater" in one article.
