AceShowbiz - Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's model son Presley kicked off 2019 in trouble with the law following a weekend DUI arrest.
The 19-year-old was pulled over by police officers in Beverly Hills, California early on Sunday, December 30, 2018, for speeding in his Tesla.
TMZ sources claim he failed a field sobriety test, was booked for driving under the influence (DUI) and released without bail.
It's not clear how much the teenager had had to drink, but in the state of California there is zero tolerance for underage drivers who drink.
If convicted, Presley's driver's license will be suspended for at least a year.
The teen's lawyer, Scott Spindel, tells the outlet his client has no criminal record and has never been arrested, adding, "Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the necessary steps to address the allegations."
