Kind Music Festival, which will be held at the former boxer's Desert Hot Springs estate in February 2019, will benefit non-profit addiction and homeless charity Standing United.

AceShowbiz - Mike Tyson is staging the first-ever all-ages music festival that embraces California's cannabis laws at his desert ranch.

"The Hangover" star will host the Kind Music Festival at his Desert Hot Springs estate in February (19).

Performers have yet to be announced, but a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will benefit non-profit addiction and homeless charity Standing United.

Despite the marijuana-friendly vibe of the event, in accordance with 2019 laws, there will be no sales of cannabis products at the festival, which will take place on the site of the forthcoming Tyson Ranch Resort entertainment complex and cannabis research and design facility, which is currently in development.

The full line-up for the festival will be announced on 2 January (19).
