AceShowbiz - Fans were sent into frenzy when photos of Cardi B and Offset vacationing in Puerto Rico just a week after the former announced their split made their way out online. That sparked rumors of them getting back together, but now the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker has set everything straight. Denying the reconciliation rumors, the Bronx spitter reveals on Instagram one simple reason why they were together.
In an Instagram Stories post, Cardi explained how the photos got leaked. The "Money" rapper said that she was tricked by the jet ski instructor who said he wanted to take pictures of them so that they would have a memory. "Let me tell you something about the jet ski n***a, right?" she said in the video.
"The instructor or whatever the f**k he is -- he was taking pictures of us on his phone like, 'Oh, I'm gonna send you these pictures so you guys can have a memory and I'm going to delete it.' I'm like, 'Oh ok,' " she continued. Unbeknownst to her, the instructor sent the photos to TMZ. "What type of professional s**t is that?" she added, raging.
She then held up the company's brochure, telling everyone not to come to them when they go to Puerto Rico. When asked if she got back together with the Migos rapper, Cardi slyly replied, "I just had to get fucked. That's all."
