Claiming that Norman Resnicow continues harassing others despite the TRO against him, the 'Bumblebee' actor asks judge to hold the man in civil or criminal contempt of court.

AceShowbiz - Actor Justin Theroux has accused his neighbour of violating a restraining order he obtained against him earlier this year.
The "Zoolander" star sued Norman Resnicow, who lives below his exclusive Greenwich Village apartment in New York, in 2017, alleging he had harassed him during a dispute over soundproofing.
In May Justin obtained a temporary restraining order against Resnicow after two of Theroux's other neighbours - Bradley Calcaterra and David McCorkle - claimed in court that Resnicow had threatened them. The temporary restraining order prohibits Resnicow from "harassing, intimidating, threatening or in any other way influencing witnesses and potential witnesses" or "using abusive language" with building residents, but he has been accused of violating the decree.
According to The Blast, Theroux is now alleging Resnicow is still harassing neighbours and has sent threatening emails. The actor is requesting for a judge to hold Resnicow in civil and/or criminal contempt of court, sanction him monetarily, and issue "a conditional order that will place Mr. Resnicow under arrest for contempt if he commits any further violation of the TRO (temporary restraining order)."
