AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez continues to enjoy outdoor activities after completing rehab. Maintaining her physical health, she was spotted going on a hike in Malibu for a mini workout with her friends on Wednesday, December 19.
In some pictures obtained by TMZ, the 26-year-old singer/actress flashed her abs in a white sports bra, black workout pants and a black baseball cap as she walked along a trail with some friends. She looked happy and healthy, smiling while chatting with her friends.
One day before, her friends Connar Franklin and Bailee Madison shared photos from their snow-filled vacation. Joined by other friends, they went on a snow-tubing trip in Big Bear, California. Selena was all smiles as she posed with her pals, while keeping herself warm in an all-black ensemble which included a hoodie, jacket, pants, gloves and beanie.
Selena reportedly checked out of rehab in November. A source gave an update on her condition to PEOPLE, "She's feeling much better and looking forward to getting back to normalcy. She's spending time with friends and family."
Another source told E! News last month, "Selena is out of her treatment program in NYC and is doing much better. (She is) refreshed and is in a better head space. (She) will still be checking in with professionals as her health battle is ongoing." The source added, "(For now she) wants to lay low for a while and isn't ready to go full force into working yet."
The former Disney darling was hospitalized twice in two weeks between late September and early October for low white blood cell count in the wake of her kidney transplant. During her second visit, she reportedly had a downward spiral and reportedly refused to stay in the hospital. Selena later checked into the East Coast psychiatric facility where received dialectical behavior therapy.
