The 'One Tree Hill' alum highlights her history of being an advocate for the #MeToo Movement over the last year, saying in an Instagram post, 'I am not a woman that you will ever reduce.'

AceShowbiz - Sophia Bush is determined to fearlessly call out any abusive behaviors in the Hollywood industry. Having to endure numerous inappropriate harassment on sets, the "One Tree Hill" alum opened up about her stand as an advocate for #MeToo movement.

On Friday, December 14, the 36-year-old actress took to Instagram to vow that she "will always tell, and have always told, the truth. Even when my voice shakes." She continued, "You asking 'why now' simply reveals to me that you haven't been paying attention. 'Journalists' who distort the words of women to produce clickbait, who minimize their story by segmenting it and reducing it? Do better."

"If you have chosen not to listen to the frank, clear conversations I've had on the topic over the last year, that's on you," the ex-wife of Chad Michael Murray pointed out. "Your lack of attention - to me and to ALL of the women who tell their stories into the void - doesn't mean that we haven't been screaming all along."

"The grace with which I've chosen to handle this, the deep learning I've done in the wake of my experience (shout out to the magnificent folks at @onsiteworkshops) that I take as sacred, and a responsibility to offer other women? Do not forget that my 'titanium spine,' as my sister @hilarieburton calls it, was forged in fire. I am not a woman that you will ever reduce. Not one iota. None of us are," she concluded her lengthy message.

I will always tell, and have always told, the truth. Even when my voice shakes. • You asking “why now” simply reveals to me that you haven’t been paying attention. “Journalists” who distort the words of women to produce clickbait, who minimize their story by segmenting it and reducing it? Do better. • If you have chosen not to listen to the frank, clear conversations I’ve had on the topic over the last year, that’s on you. Your lack of attention — to me and to ALL of the women who tell their stories into the void — doesn’t mean that we haven’t been screaming all along. • To attempt to have a field day with my life, acting like I don’t have the receipts? *You can swipe right for a selection. • The grace with which I’ve chosen to handle this, the deep learning I’ve done in the wake of my experience (shout out to the magnificent folks at @onsiteworkshops) that I take as sacred, and a responsibility to offer other women? Do not forget that my “titanium spine,” as my sister @hilarieburton calls it, was forged in fire. I am not a woman that you will ever reduce. Not one iota. None of us are. #DoYouGetItNow #MeToo #BurnItDown #TimesUp poem: @nayyirah.waheed

Back in June, Sophia got candid about the sexual harassment she received on the set of "One Tree Hill". During an interview with Andy Cohen on Sirius XM's Radio Andy, the Brooke Davis depicter confessed, "The first time Mark Schwann grabbed my a*s I hit him in front of six other producers and I hit him f**king hard."

Not stopping there, the "Incredibles 2" star opened up to Dax Shepard on Armchair Expert podcast in early December about why she abruptly quit "Chicago P.D." in 2017. "I've been so programmed to be a good girl and to be a work horse and be a tug boat that I have always prioritized tugging the ship for the crew, for the show, for the group, ahead of my own health. The reality was that my body was, like, falling apart, because I was really, really unhappy," she explained.
