A judge orders a custody evaluation on the 10-year-old girls, Harper and Finley, as Lisa and her estranged husband Michael Lockwood are fighting over their custody.

AceShowbiz - Lisa Marie Presley's twin daughters will undergo psych evaluation amid new allegations of abuse, a judge has ruled. The famous daughter of Elvis Presley makes the allegations against her estranged husband Michael Lockwood as they continue battling in court over the custody of their underage children.
On Monday, December 10, the 50-year-old singer/songwriter appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court with her eldest child, Riley Keough. The 29-year-old actress and model, whom Lisa shares with her first husband Danny Keough, was present to offer moral support for her mother amid the nasty custody battle with Michael.
According to Radar Online, during the court hearing judge Thomas Trent Lewis ordered a custody evaluation on Harper Vivienne Ann and Finley Aaron Love, which is usually conducted by a psychologist. The result of the mental health assessment will then determine who will get custody of the children and how custody should be divided.
Both Lisa and Michael previously faced serious allegations of abuse concerning their daughters, which were brought to the Juvenile Dependency Court earlier this year. At the Monday hearing, Michael's attorney Jeff Sturman said the Juvenile Dependency Court case was dismissed, but Lisa was allegedly making the same claims against Lockwood again in order to block his visitation and custody rights.
Judge Lewis set a January hearing date concerning Lisa's request for order on the custody issue. The judge said all current custody orders would remain the same until a different judge rules in February.
Lisa filed for divorce from Michael on June 13, 2016 after ten years of marriage. She claimed in court papers related to their divorce that she had found "disturbing" photos of children on a computer belonging to Michael. She has been seeking primary custody of her twin daughters.
The two are also fighting over their post-nuptial agreement. Under the November 2017 agreement, both Lisa and Michael agreed neither would receive spousal support or property from each other should they divorce. A judge found the 2017 agreement valid, but Michael has filed a motion to appeal that decision.
