Rumor has it, the hotel heiress isn't content to further delay her dreams of motherhood after the split, so she plans to have a baby with the help of a sperm donor.

According to Heat Magazine, her decision to look for a sperm donor comes from seeing her sister Nicki Hilton happily spend her life with her husband and two kids. "She's jealous," a source says of the socialite-turned-DJ. However, her search for a donor is said to be a quite difficult one as she has provided a list of attributes for her sperm donor.

"She is seeking an anonymous donor with extremely good looks, high IQ and from a family with a top pedigree," the insider continues, noting that the donor doesn't need to have "millionaire backgrounds" because "rich people don't need to sell their sperm."

Despite the difficulty that she faces to meet her perfect donor, Paris allegedly is not giving up and "scouring donor lists worldwide." The source explains, "She feels like being a single mom really goes well with her image of a can-do-it-all businesswoman who doesn't need a man to succeed."

Paris and Chris called off their engagement in late last month, with a source alleging that the pair "have been having issues for over six months" leading up to the split. The "Stars Are Blind" singer addressed their split for the first time on "The Talk", explaining that she realized it wasn't the right decision to move forward with the marriage.

"I wish him the best and one day I would love to get married and have children, but for right now I'm just focusing on myself and my work," she said at the time.

Paris was recently spotted returning to her DJ work after the split and appeared to be in good spirits. In a video which was obtained by TMZ, the blonde beauty energetically played Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling" and Ultra Nate's "Free" among others.
