Both the Young Money femcee and her 'FEFE' collaborator don't give details about the reason behind the postponement, but it's reportedly has something to do with his arrest.

AceShowbiz - Fans who are hoping to buy Tekashi69 a.k.a. 6ix9ine's new album "Dummy Boy" this month, you will have to keep your wallet for now. The rainbow-haired rapper announced on November 21 that he would be postponing the release date of the upcoming record following his arrest.
"Due to circumstances beyond our control we have postponed the release of Tekashi 6ix9ine's 'DUMMY BOY' until further notice," so the announcement read on Instagram. His "FEFE" collaborator, Nicki Minaj, has also weighed in on the issue by posting on the photo-sharing platform a picture of the album's artwork.
In the caption, the Young Money rapper sent love and support for Tekashi in addition to announcing the postponement. "For reasons beyond music, the record company will hold off on putting his project out for now," she said. "Danny, I love you and am praying for you, your Mother, daughter & her Mom during this time."
Both Tekashi and Nicki didn't give details as to why he decided to push back the album's release date, but DJ Akademiks reported that it has something to do with his arrest. "If you guys don't know, jail or death unfortunately is the best promo for a rapper," he said in a YouTube video.
"The numbers [for 'Dummy Boy'] would have been off the charts, however, based on a multitude different reasons--and of course you have to keep in mind that he is not to promote it, and also he's not here to make sure it's released in the capacity that he wants it to be released, not to mention there's a case hanging over his head--you want to make sure everything is in his best interest," he continued. "Not just in the best interest of making money or just putting an album out."
It is not known when "Dummy Boy" will finally be released.
