Along with the 'Fefe' hitmaker, his ex-manager Shottie and two other former associates are also taken into federal custody on firearms charges.

AceShowbiz - Rapper 6ix9ine a.k.a. Tekashi69 was reportedly arrested on racketeering and firearms charges on Sunday, November 18.

According to a report by TMZ.com, the "FEFE" hitmaker, real name Daniel Hernandez, is reportedly in federal custody after being arrested on the charges by officials at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agency in New York.

His ex-manager Shottie, real name Kifano Jordan, and two other former associates, including Faheem Walter, also known as Crippy, were arrested and taken into custody at the same time. All four men are facing racketeering and firearms charges. It is not known what the charges relate to, but they are allegedly part of a joint operation by ATF agents, the New York Police Department (NYPD) and Homeland Security.

According to TMZ editors, it is now almost certain the 22-year-old will go to jail, because he was told to stay out of trouble by the judge who sentenced him to four years' probation and community service in October in relation to a Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance charge. Under the terms, any arrests would be considered a violation of his probation.

Jordan and Walter also have history - Jordan was charged with gang assault earlier in November in connection with the shooting of Walter. He was shot in the stomach and had been recovering in hospital.

Last week, Tekashi revealed to fans that he had fired his team and cancelled his upcoming U.S. tour, explaining that the dates were booked without his knowledge.

"Whoever is booking shows for Tekashi69 is stealing your f**king money," he raged. "If you need shows, I will let people know when I'm booking shows... I've fired everybody... They no longer around."

His former booking manager denied the allegations.
